Sunset Ridge Homeowners’ Association, herein referred to as the “Association” or “SRHA”, values your privacy. Please read the following privacy disclosure about handling personal information.

not collected unless you voluntarily provide it and is kept confidential within the Association.

WEBSITE E-MAILS:

The SRHA does not send “SPAM” e-mail messages. We only communicate with our current residents, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients of Sunset Ridge. We will, with written permission, send all of our current residents group e-mails when special events, assessment changes, financial updates or important issues arise. If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.

All e-mail messages, received from our residents, clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of the Association without your expressed permission unless required by law enforcement. Contact Us on the SRHA website to let us know if you no longer want to receive any e-mails from us.

We have several committees that volunteer and support SRHA in various capacities, SRHA is not liable or take responsibility for personal information provided directly to volunteers, groups, or committees.
